1. Acceptance of Agreement & Company Vision

By accessing, purchasing, or downloading software products, 4K website templates, admin dashboards, or code repositories from Sraj Service ("srajservice.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our core vision is to provide budget-friendly software and build unwavering faith with our customers through transparent source code and 24/7 developer assistance.

2. Commercial License & Source Code Rights

Upon successful purchase of any SaaS product starter kit, website template, or UI kit, Sraj Service grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide commercial usage license:

• Personal & Client Projects: You may use the source code to build, deploy, host, and monetize unlimited end-user applications for yourself or client organizations.
• Customization & Modifications: You are granted full access to edit, modify, extend, or white-label the codebase according to your requirements.
• Commercial Monetization: You may charge your users subscriptions, one-time fees, or sell the compiled client application.

3. Prohibited Usage & Restrictions

While our commercial license grants broad freedom to deploy applications, the following restrictions strictly apply:

• You may NOT re-distribute, re-sell, re-license, or share the raw source code files or template repositories on competing digital asset marketplaces.
• You may NOT include our source code in public open-source repositories or publicly accessible code sharing channels.
• You may NOT claim original authorship of the un-modified core starter template framework.

4. Delivery & Live Demo Credentials

Digital assets, source code repository access link, and live demo credentials are delivered electronically immediately upon confirmation of payment or booking authorization. Due to the digital and un-returnable nature of downloadable source code, all sales are final once code repository access has been granted.

5. Technical Developer Support SLA & Customer Faith

Sraj Service provides 24/7 technical developer support for all purchased products to build lifelong customer faith. Our support covers assistance with initial environment setup, bug fixes in the official starter codebase, and clarification on architecture schemas. Support does not include custom feature development beyond the original scope.

6. Limitation of Liability & Contact

Sraj Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the deployment or hosting of third-party applications built with our starter code.
